You told it my friend "just like it was" Love ya. We didn't consciously think about how lucky we were, how much we loved each other, or any of the things you might think about after the passage of time. We were, for all our early lives, involved in one great adventure after another; some real, some imagined. The kitchen table was the heart of our family. It was here that everything was discussed from school to grades to chores or to Dad telling wildly funny stories about his coworkers Nattyball, Table Legs and Blue Eyes. In evenings after supper and the clearing up was done it was the site of more stories, games of dominoes, rummy, poker. That table was where we asked for and received advice as well as offering advice. Homework was done here under Mother's watchful (and sometimes stern) eye. She made me write my multiplication tables 950 brazillion times at that table!

So many lives...so many stories. I don't want them to be lost...Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17300851607264036257noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6653193842411695611.post-51354399624964361272011-05-05T04:55:12.983+03:002011-05-05T04:55:12.983+03:00Thank you all for your kind comments.
